This recipe is so delicious! It tastes great and is so easy to make! My one issue was the bottom was a little soggy, if you have a rack to put the chicken on and than put into a pan I’d recommend that, however soggy bottom or not, this chicken tasted great! Here’s the recipe:

4 buttery crackers (such as Ritz), crushed
2 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 clove garlic, (I bought a small container of chopped garlic awhile ago and it’s served me well for things like this)
kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Heat oven to 350° F. In a bowl, combine the crackers, cheese, garlic, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.

Dip the chicken in the butter, then in the cracker mixture, pressing gently to help the crackers adhere. When I did this very little stayed on, so I just patted a majority of the mixture onto the chicken when I put it on the baking sheet.

Bake until the chicken is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.

Enjoy!
